What we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide your portal access: name, email, and payment confirmation from our payment processor. We do not collect Social Security numbers, banking details, or private medical information.
How we use it
To create your account, deliver your portal, send confirmation and support emails, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Email communication
By enrolling you consent to receive transactional emails (sign-in, receipts, support) and optional encouragement emails. You can manage these on the Email Preferences page.
AI-assisted features
When you use AI activities, the text you enter is sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Please do not enter passwords, banking, Social Security, or private medical information.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing Support@dbtm.llc.
